Ask your child this phrase every morning and have them answer you in Zuni. Always encourage them and praise them when they do speak.

          

           Kwap la:ki yadonne? (What is the day of the week?)

          

          Kop la:ki yadon delina? (What is the weather like today?)

 

 

Practice saying the months of the year in Shiwi’ma. Children should know these we practiced everyday in class. But please help them if they need your help.

*Challenge your child and help him count beyond. We did count from 1 to 20 in class but after 10 was a little tricky for them. smiley
